These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions” OR “Terms of Service and Conditions” OR “T&C” OR the “Agreement”) state important requirements regarding your use of this site, and your relationship with us. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Your use of this site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at the time of such use. This site and the pictures, videos and other information on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. OIC does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. OIC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Indemnity
The user agrees to indemnify and hold OIC and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Site, your breach of these terms and conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Event Policies & General Event Guidelines
These terms apply to the events hosted and organized by us and for the event tickets purchased at our website and/or through any other means whatsoever including, but not limited to, any third-party web-portals/vendors.
• All children aged 15 and below must be accompanied by an adult.
• The person in whose name the ticket is issued must also be present at the door with a valid photo ID.
• A printout of the order receipt issued by ourindianculture.com should be produced at the venue.
• If the event attendee is different from the credit card holder, a copy of the credit card used for ticket purchase must be produced along with the order.
• Any failure in providing the aforementioned documents may result in denial of admission to the event with no refund.
Event Disclaimer
This notice is for all the event guests and participants in the event(s) organized by us.
All event guests and participants voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. All event guests and participants voluntarily agree that the event management, organizers, facility, artists, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released from any claims incidental to the event, including ordinary negligence. We are not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at this event. Time, date, and location of our event(s) is subject to change. If you do not agree with any or all of the above, please do not register for or purchase event ticket(s) for the event(s) organized by us.
Admission to our event(s) is subject to rules, local laws, and by laws of the facility. Failure to comply may result in non- admission or expulsion.
(OUR INDIAN CULTURE) Its members, directors, officers, employees, representatives and/or volunteers (hereafter “OIC”) are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in HOLI-Festival of Colors, including injury, loss or damage which might be caused by the negligence of OIC. By attending this event, all event guests, performers, vendors and attendees voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the above mentioned event (HOLI-Festival of Colors), whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Event management is not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at this event.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone, or to escort anyone off the event venue for improper conduct.
Event Photo and Video Disclaimer
OIC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored or organized by OIC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. By accepting the Terms & Conditions herein, you hereby authorize OIC for use of your pictures, videos taken at the events attended by you. OIC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by OIC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media websites like Facebook & YouTube, etc.
Any person or organization not affiliated with OIC may not use, copy, alter or modify OIC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from OIC.
By attending or participating in an OIC event you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify OIC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Event Ticket(s) Refund Policy
Please note that the Event Participation fee and Event Entry fee is always NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
For refunds of canceled events, OIC team will contact you and issue a refund.
For rescheduled events, OIC team will reach out to you with the revised date and time.
Event Flyer and Event Promotional Material
PLEASE NOTE that ALL the Event flyers, images, videos, and any other Event promotional material(s) posted on our Website, our Social Media accounts/pages, and/or on a third-party Website, for an Event hosted by us, are for ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY, and may not be an exact representation of the event and/or the event venue. All Illustrations and/or other Event promotional materials are solely for demonstration purposes and should never be relied upon.
HOLI-Festival of Colors FAQ, DO’S & DON’T
Just like our all other events, HOLI-Festival of Colors Entry Ticket fee is Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable. This is a Rain or Shine Event. Holi Colors will be available for purchase at the event. For safety reasons, no other colored powder or outside color is allowed.
Do not throw colors close, hard and directly into somebody’s face or eyes.
Please do respect others privacy and ask permission before putting colors on others.
Do not play with colors if you have known allergy to colors.
Never allow the children to play unattended.
Please keep it a Dry Holi, and don’t use water balloons.
Anyone with asthma or any other breathing issues should avoid color events, and stay well away from the center of action. Same advice if you happen to be allergic to corn starch.
Under no circumstances should small children be in the middle of the crowd.
Do not purchase colors from illegal vendors.
Do have fun, dance and celebrate the spirit of HOLI together.
Do not throw colors on any passing cars, or on any performers.
Don’t Vend illegally on the property, or purchase from venders who aren’t at a booth.
Drugs, alcohol, vaping, and smoking are not permitted at this event’s venue.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone, or to escort anyone off the event venue for improper conduct.
